If I ever call Elsie my baby she will protest, "I'm not a baby! I'm a sister daughter!"
Today we were playing house and they were assigning roles. Ivar was the daddy, Elsie was the mama and I said I'd be the baby. But Elsie corrected me again, "No. You be the sister daughter."
Yes, Annie, there really should be some explanation of that adorable outfit. I told my Aunt Annie that Elsie only wore pink and she said she'd look for something for her at the sale she was going to the next day. This is the outfit she found and it is adorable. Elsie loves it too. :)
