oh Patina.
98% of the time I feel like there is not one more thing I could ever need in this world. My needs are met. I have a lovely home, a sweet family, food in the fridge, good friends, loving neighbors...all the best things. There is not one more thing I could ever need.
And then Ivar and I walk into a store like Patina. And it turns out, there are like five hundred and thirty seven things that I still need. Like a journal for lists, the kelly rae couch, paper globes that make me so happy and a special book just for funny things my kids will say.
This store makes the line between "needs" and "wants" very, very hazy.

You've been on my mind this morning so I am getting caught up on your life. WOW- congrats on the new baby. Hope all is well with you and Rory and Ivar!
Totally agree on Patina. Bibelot is the same way. Check it out if you've never been before. There's one in Linden Hills super close to you.
Casey! Wowza! So fun to hear from you! I have been thinking about CJH so much lately. Lisa keeps me in the loop and it sounds like there is a killer line up of site coordinators this year. Can't believe summer is almost here!
And Beth. I actually registered or my wedding at The Bibelot. You are so right...the same kind of lovely. While in Patina I was wondering if I could just register for life in general...just to have a wish list of things I'd love in the future :)
